The Rebellion in Libya at the Tipping Point

Expert Michael O’Hanlon says that the apparent success of the Libyan rebellion against dictator Moammar Qaddafi is the result of a number of factors converging to produce rapid results after months of conflict. The imminent rebel victory vindicates NATO strategy to date, but O’Hanlon says the job is far from over, and the region remains problematic for U.S. foreign policy.
