On December 11, Commissioner Caroline Crenshaw of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reflected on her tenure at the SEC. She discussed her views on the biggest challenges facing the agency, investors and our markets today, as well as share some insights on the future of financial regulation.

Commissioner Crenshaw’s experience at the SEC and in the military, where she serves as a major in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, give her a unique perspective on the evolving nature of financial regulation and public service.
