On January 8, Chairman Rostin Behnam reflected in prepared remarks on actions the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has taken during his tenure, including four years as chairman and over seven as a member of the CFTC. Chairman Behnam also discussed his thoughts on the future of commodity derivatives regulation, and the regulatory future for emerging assets like cryptocurrencies.
