The Policy Forum on National Service is bringing together leaders from the public, corporate, and nonprofit sectors to discuss the future of national service as part of City Year’s five-day annual convention, cyzygy ’03. Panelists will discuss the rise of an ethic of service, the practical successes of the service movement, and the relationship between rights and responsibilities in a democratic society.
