Young people today need learning environments that foster engagement, socio-emotional well-being, critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration—but they’re not always getting them, particularly in marginalized communities. The Center for Universal Education and the Knowing-Doing Network are working to change that by bringing together a global network of educators, researchers, policymakers, practitioners, and others to uncover promising solutions and impactful findings that can transform education systems for the better.

We’re excited to launch the Collaboration Conversations—a five-part event dedicated to exploring the complexities of collaborative research and action to transform education systems for children and young people around the world.

Through candid conversations, diverse perspectives, and a shared commitment to equity, these sessions will delve into the nuances of working together in authentic partnerships, identify opportunities for engagement unpack key tensions, and reflect on what it means to collaborate for lasting change.

A wide range of education actors—including researchers, practitioners, educators, policymakers, and private sector leaders from across the globe—will bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and contextual insights to the conversations.
