Nancy Farmer is President and Chief Executive Officer of Tuition Plan Consortium (TPC). TPC was formed in 2003 to establish a prepaid tuition 529 option designed specifically by and for private colleges and universities. The plan includes more than 280 private colleges and universities nationwide. Ms. Farmer previously was state treasurer of Missouri.
