Previewing the IMF Spring Meetings

Domenico Lombardi previews the annual IMF and World Bank meetings, held in Washington, D.C. in this weekend. He says the lagging global economy and widespread unemployment are pressing issues for most governments around the world and that these issues will top the agenda.
