Yu Hui was a nonresident fellow at Brookings until the winter of 2013. Yu is a specialist on the economics of regulation and industrial organizations. He has authored numerous publications on anti-monopoly regulations, economics of regulations and government regulations in China. Yu was also involved in the process of legal drafting on anti-monopoly law, telecommunications law, administrative licensing law and the regulations of electricity supervision. His recent research focuses on China’s overseas investment, healthcare and educational system reform.
