Rachel Dyl is a project manager and research analyst in the Center for Universal Education. In this role, Rachel contributes to research and coordination of the SPARKS project, which is focused on pedagogical approaches and their role in education systems transformation. Prior to Brookings, Rachel completed a Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship in Ecuador and worked as an International Project Coordinator at the Education Development Center. Rachel holds an M.A. in international development studies with a specialization in international education from the George Washington University Elliott School of International Affairs and a B.A. in international studies and B.A. in Spanish from Denison University. She is fluent in Spanish.
