Upfront capital commitments in social impact bonds

Capital commitment structures vary greatly across countries and the values below are not equivalent to the amount of funding for the service. In the impact bonds outside the U.S., capital is most often recycled, meaning that early outcome payments go to continued funding of provision. For example, capital could be recycled three or four times before investors receive the remaining outcome payments.
