An Economic Agenda for America: A Conversation with Senator Bernie Sanders
In December of 2014, Senator Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) announced the creation of a 12-point Agenda for America to address the nation’s most pressing economic challenges, including rising inequality and decreasing household income for middle class families. On February 9, the Center for Effective Public Management at Brookings hosted Senator Sanders, the ranking member of the Senate Budget Committee, to discuss his economic policy ideas to spur growth and rebuild America’s middle class.
