Mira Rapp-Hooper is a senior research scholar in law at Yale Law School, a senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations, and a senior fellow at Yale’s Paul Tsai China Center. She was a nonresident senior fellow in the John L. Thornton China Center at the Brookings Institution. Rapp-Hooper studies and writes on U.S.-China relations, security and strategy in Asia, alliances, and deterrence.
