Detainee Abuse Reviewed

Attorney General Eric Holder appointed a special prosecutor to investigate CIA operatives’ alleged abuse of terrorism detainees. Governance Studies Fellow, Benjamin Wittes says officials from both parties question the reach of the inquest, but that Holder has acted entirely appropriately.
