Congress Takes Health Care Reform Home

Members of Congress are back in their states and districts for the summer recess where many will use the time to gauge how their constituents feel about health care reform legislation. Senior Fellow Sarah Binder says the controversy surrounding the issue is far from over and will continue into the fall.
