India's Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will visit with President Obama on September 27. Tanvi Madan says that this visit is a good opportunity to review the foundation of the U.S.-India relationship, and how the two countries will handle issues such as economic development, Syria, Afghanistan, Pakistan, immigration and defense.
