The Talbott Papers on Implications of Russia’s Invasion of Ukraine

Named in honor of American statesman and former Brookings Institution President Strobe Talbott, “The Talbott Papers on Implications of Russia’s Invasion of Ukraine” is a series of policy analyses that aims to understand the conflict in Ukraine in its various dimensions, seek ways to help end the war and repair its damage, adjust trans-Atlantic and European security organizations and policies to handle the fundamentally changed strategic landscape that has resulted from the war, and assess the broader global implications of the conflict including for Asia, the Middle East, and the global South, as well as food and energy markets and the world economy more broadly.
