Col. John “Jay” Henderson Jr. (“Stealth”), is an Air Force aviator with operational and acquisitions experience, most recently serving in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics as Chief of the Air Dominance Division, where he oversaw the portfolios for Air Force fighter programs. The division engages in a broad spectrum of Air Staff and Congressional activities influencing modernization strategies for fighter programs, multi-billion dollar procurement decisions, and congressional policy. Previously, Jay served as military assistant to the secretary of the Air Force, commanded the Air Force’s sole fighter electronic attack squadron, and accumulated over 1800 flight hours in the F-15E and EA-18G including 500 combat hours across multiple deployments conducting operations in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria. He holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from California Institute of Technology and an Master in Business Administration from Georgia Institute of Technology.
