Eden Foster

Eden Foster

Eden Foster is a project coordinator in the Center for Universal Education (CUE) within the Global Economy and Development program at Brookings. She supports the Millions Learning team, which focuses on issues related to scaling and sustaining quality education innovations and initiatives for all children and youth in low- and middle-income countries.

Prior to joining Brookings, she worked as a program associate at USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance where she coordinated travel and logistics for the U.S. government’s emergency response efforts for global humanitarian crises. Eden holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she triple majored in political science, international studies, and philosophy.
