Bush has called it “a just and noble battle” and has pledged that he “will accept no outcome but victory.” Senior Fellow Phil Gordon says the reasons given for invading Iraq were numerous, but states it’s hard to argue that ends justify the means considering the massive loss of American life and hundreds of billions of dollars spent to date.
