Becca Portman

Becca Portman was formerly the senior impact manager for Brookings Metro, responsible for designing and implementing systems and strategies to plan for, track, report on, and learn from the impact of Metro’s work. Before joining Metro, she spent five years with the Brookings Economic Studies program working in roles spanning research, communications, and strategic operations. She brought to Metro expertise in monitoring and evaluation, business analytics, database design, and process improvement. She is a former co-chair of the Brookings Data Network and remains actively involved with the network as a steering committee member.
