This interactive map demonstrates how the coverage (or average monthly enrollment), average monthly premiums, and the average cost incurred by insurers vary across states “pre” and “post” the Affordable Care Act (ACA). The data “pre” ACA gives an estimate of what the data would have been in the first half of 2014, absent the implementation of the ACA. The data “post” ACA depicts data from the first half of 2014 after the implementation of the ACA.
