More than 50 global leaders will meet in Seoul, South Korea next week to advance talks on nuclear security. While the first Nuclear Security Summit was held in Washington in 2010 and laid the foundation for securing the world’s loose nuclear materials, next week’s talks will likely be impacted by North Korea’s planned satellite launch in April.
