Saudi deputy crown prince seeks Russia deals

After signing agreements on oil and nuclear technology sharing with Russia last week, Saudi Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has now become the king's personal envoy for high stakes diplomacy, writes Bruce Riedel. He argues that while the Russia talks are good for Mohammed's image as a global player, it won't deliver success in Yemen, where the war is stalemated.
