Mann and Corrado Continue Debate on Campaign Finance and Polarization

Thomas Mann and Anthony Corrado recently released their paper on campaign finance and party polarization.  In the Washington Post this week, Mann and Corrado argue, based on that paper, than campaign finance reform is a weak tool for reducing party polarization.
