Global Compact on Learning

In 2011, the Brookings’ Center for Universal Education (CUE) spearheaded the development of a common policy agenda entitled A Global Compact on Learning: Taking Action on Education in Developing Countries, which seeks to catalyze and sustain collaborative action to achieve quality education for all.
