Registration Policy
Your registration cannot be processed until we receive payment in full or an approved government purchase order. You will receive written confirmation within 10 business days after we receive both your registration and complete payment information.
An incomplete submission of registration information does not guarantee space in a course.
For all residential courses payment in full is required before the course date. An approved government PO does not guarantee registration for residential programs but rather serves as a reservation in the program and you should expect an invoice requesting payment shortly after.
Additionally, government approved purchase orders must be received 30 days before the start of any residential course to allow sufficient time for invoicing and pre-payment. Cancellations, Substitutions, and Transfers
