John Windhausen, Jr. is Executive Director of the Schools, Health & Libraries Broadband (SHLB) Coalition, a public interest advocacy organization with over 325 members from across the U.S. He previously served as a staff attorney on Capitol Hill and helped to draft the Telecommunications Act of 1996. He began his career at the FCC after graduating from Yale and the UCLA School of Law.
