John Feeley is the U.S. ambassador to Panama. A career diplomat since 1990, John has focused heavily on Latin America and the Caribbean issues. He previously served in Washington as the principal deputy assistant secretary for the Western Hemisphere, as deputy executive secretary for Secretaries Colon Powell and Condoleezza Rice, as well as in director and deputy director positions focused on the Western Hemisphere.
