Susan Hennessey

Susan Hennessey was a Senior Fellow in Governance Studies at The Brookings Institution, where she focused on national security issues surrounding cybersecurity, surveillance, federal terrorism prosecutions, and congressional oversight of the intelligence community. She also served as Executive Editor of the Lawfare blog. Following her Brookings tenure, Hennessey joined the Department of Justice in the National Security Division.
