In discussing Palestinian double refugees from Syria, Ibrahim Sharqieh argues Israel should accept its responsibility toward a solution by accepting the UN-mandated right of return. Sharqieh also calls for Jordan and Lebanon to repeal their discriminatory entry and residency policies, and for the international community to contribute more resources to help with the crisis.
