Pakistan continues to reel from devastating floods that have resulted in thousands of deaths, decimated its economy and left much of its population homeless and vulnerable. Senior Fellow Elizabeth Ferris says this flooding has left Pakistan in an extremely critical state and its recovery will be contingent on many factors.
