A U.S.-led multinational coalition is enforcing a no-fly zone over Libya as efforts to depose Libyan leader Muammar Qaddafi continue. Daniel Byman says that while the Obama administration indicates the U.S. is committed to the rebellion, the fight to unseat Qaddafi could be long and prove costly.
