With violence among extremist Israeli settlers in the West Bank on the rise, Natan Sachs notes the importance of addressing this issue, in particular because of the stalemate in the Israeli-Palestinian peace process. According to Sachs, the U.S. needs to encourage Israel to take the steps that it needs to jumpstart the peace process, and to designate the perpetrators of this violence as terrorists.
