Brookings President Michael H. Armacost announced today that Bailey U. Morris-Eck, distinguished journalist and lecturer, currently serving as Senior Adviser to the Counselor to the President in the Office of Economic Policy and Summit Coordination at the White House, will join the Brookings Institution as vice president of communications on May 5.
