The Center for Northeast Asian Policy Studies (CNAPS) organized and hosted an expert seminar entitled “Prospects for a U.S.-Taiwan Free Trade Area,” in which Brookings Senior Fellows Lael Brainard, Nicholas Lardy, and Richard Bush, as well as a number of policy makers and officials from both sides, participated.
