More often than not, attempts at organizational change end in failure. In Visioning and Leading Change, you will discover new strategies for leading change that significantly improve the chances for successful implementation.
You and your fellow participants will be introduced to the exclusive BEE model of “leading at the crossroads of change,” a new way to think about whom to engage in the change process, how to engage, and when to engage. Learn the process of visioning and how to construct a vision of ways in which your organization will create new value.
This course is part of the Executive Pathways series and is required for the Master of Science in Leadership.
