Organizational learning depends on situational awareness and the ability to organize for mindfulness. In this course you will explore the dimensions of knowledge and learning, and see how they affect individuals, teams, and the enterprise. You will come away with an understanding of how a true learning organization promotes genuine inquiry and facilitates the discovery of novel solutions to organizational problems.
