George A. Akerlof
George Akerlof was a nonresident senior fellow in Economic Studies at Brookings, and is a professor of economics at University of California, Berkeley. A 2001 Nobel Prize winner in Economics, George Akerlof researches a range of topics, including crime, discrimination, family problems, financial markets, German unification, macroeconomics, monetary policy, poverty and unemployment.
