Authors

Susanna Loeb is an associate professor of education at Stanford University and a co-director of Policy Analysis for California Education (PACE). Cecilia Rouse is director of the Education Research Section and professor of economics and public affairs at Princeton University. Anthony E. Shorris is director of the Policy Research Institute for the Region (PRIOR) and faculty member at the Woodrow Wilson School. He has served as Deputy Chancellor for Operations and Policy at the New York City Board of Education.
