Yesterday, Brookings’ Center for Effective Public Management hosted an event entitled, “Strengthening Civic Participation and Public Engagement.” It was a forum “on reimagining the legal and technological frameworks to strengthen and boost civic participation and citizen engagement.” The Brookings Now Blog offers an excellent discussion of the event.
