Kimberly Kappler Hewitt, Ph.D is an assistant professor of educational leadership at the University of North Carolina Greensboro. She is the editor of Student Growth Measures in Policy and Practice: Intended and Unintended Consequences of High-Stakes Teacher Evaluations (forthcoming) and Postcards from the Schoolhouse: Practitioner Scholars Examine Contemporary Issues in Educational Leadership (NCPEA Press, 2013) and author of Differentiation is an Expectation: A School Leader’s Guide to Building a Culture of Differentiation (Routledge, 2011)
