Kate D’Adamo

Partner – Reframe Health and Justice Consulting

Kate D’Adamo (she/they) is a partner at Reframe Health and Justice, a queer and trans people of color collective working at the intersections of harm reduction, healing justice and criminal-legal reform. Kate draws on a background of community organizing, lived experience, training, direct service and program development focused on the health and wellness of people in the sex trades, including survivors of violence, exploitation and trafficking. Kate currently works in policy advocacy, and training and capacity building for campaigns led by impacted people, as well as Baltimore-based community organizing. They were also a co-founder of Survivors Against SESTA and the Survive EARN IT campaigns and are currently advocating Federally for increased research on how marginalized communities use technology for harm reduction, and the impact of losing those spaces.
