Qui sont les néoconservateurs?

Justin Vaïsse recounts the history of neoconservative ideology, a staple of the Republican Party’s foreign policy which dates back to the 1960s, but which has fallen out of favor during the Obama administration. Vaïsse writes that neoconservative ideas will eventually make a comeback, not least because they are founded on traditional American values, such as exceptionalism, patriotism, and nationalism.
