On March 28, 2007, Senior Fellow Peter Rodman discussed the challenges facing the post-Cold War world at the US Army War College's 18th Annual Strategy Conference. Rodman notes that the two dominant features of today's world are the "Global War on Terrorism" and the many dimensions of relations among established and emerging major powers.
