Ukraine: Yanukovych, Tymoshenko and Europe—Again

Following a June 5-8 trip to Kyiv, Steven Pifer reports a bit more optimism that President Yanukovych will take some step regarding imprisoned opposition leader Yuliya Tymoshenko in order to be able to sign an association agreement with the European Union. Or will this be a rerun of a movie that we have seen before?
