Barack Obama, Germans' most favorite U.S. president, is visiting Germany for the last time in his capacity as the president. In the eight years of his tenure, there has been repeated instances of friction between Berlin and Washington. But despite the NSA scandal, TTIP, and Volkswagen-scandal, the relationship seems to be going well.
