Changes needed to fulfill the potential of Medicare's ACO program

A recent proposal from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) described a broad range of changes in the ACO program, in what could amount to “Version 2.0” of Medicare ACOs. Along with about 300 other organizations. In this post, we review the major areas of proposed changes along with our views and some notable comments submitted by other groups.
