Over the past five years, a number of governments and regional bodies have begun to adopt policies and laws on internal displacement; others are in the process of doing so. This compilation contains existing policies and laws from over 20 countries and notes 5 countries currently drafting policies and laws. As new policies and laws are adopted, we will make them available through our website.
