A former tax counsel for the Treasury Department, Mark Iwry is an expert on employee benefits; executive compensation; health care; pensions; retirement; and savings. At Treasury, he oversaw national policy on tax-qualified pension and 401(k) plans, as well as other employee benefits. He is also a Georgetown University research professor.
Peter Orszag
Peter R. Orszag is the Joseph A. Pechman Senior Fellow in Economic Studies at the Brookings Institution. He is also a research professor at Georgetown University and a codirector of the Tax Policy Center. He served as special assistant to the president for economic policy during the Clinton administration.
Bill Gale, a Brookings vice president and director of the Economic Studies Program, is an expert on tax policy, fiscal issues, pensions, and saving behavior. He is also co-director of the Tax Policy Center and director of the Retirement Security Project.
