Elizabeth Kneebone
Senior Research Analyst, Metropolitan Policy Program
Elizabeth Kneebone is a senior research analyst whose work primarily focuses on metropolitan demographics, tax policies for low-income families and communities, and the relationships between poverty and neighborhoods. Prior to joining Brookings, Elizabeth worked as a Research Project Manager for the Illinois Facilities Fund, where her research included assessments of the need for quality public schools in Chicago's neighborhoods and the need for subsidized early childhood care and education programs throughout Illinois' counties and major municipalities. She holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a B.A. from Indiana University.
